Your rhythm
Every 30 minutes, every 3 hours, or any time you set. Breather stays quiet until then.
A tray app for Windows
Breather sits quietly in your tray and, on a rhythm you choose, invites you into a calm pause with a breathing guide, a quote and your to-do list.

How it works
No dashboards, no streaks. Just a quiet reminder that you’re a person, not a process.
Good afternoon
Stand up, stretch, and rest your eyes. Follow the circle: breathe in as it grows, out as it shrinks.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
Settings
Set it once and forget it. This is the real layout. Go ahead, change things: the pop-up above follows along.
Runs quietly in your tray and nudges you to rest.

Features
Every 30 minutes, every 3 hours, or any time you set. Breather stays quiet until then.
Breathe in as it grows, out as it shrinks. A few slow breaths go a long way.
Your remaining to-dos show in the pop-up, so you know where to pick up when you come back.
Start a timed break with a soft chime at the end, snooze it, or skip this one.
Ocean, Dawn, Lavender, Sage or Amber. Try them at the top of this page.
Show the pop-up in the corner or the middle, let it close itself, and have Breather start with Windows.
Private by design
Breather is a small, self-contained Windows app. Your settings and to-dos live in one file on your PC, and the app never goes online.
Read the privacy policyBreather for Windows. Works offline, no account needed.
Breather isn’t code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn you the first time you run it. Click More info, then Run anyway. Breather installs itself for your account only (no admin rights needed) and adds Start menu and desktop shortcuts.
To confirm your copy is genuine, run Get-FileHash Breather-1.1.0.exe in PowerShell and compare it with:
